Police get plaudits for `peaceful' show

HYDERABAD:
The Government has complimented the city and Cyberabad police for the peaceful immersion procession.
Home Minister K. Jana Reddy appreciated the police at a meeting held here on Friday.
City Police Commissioner A.K. Mohanty, Cyberabad Commissioner M. Mahender Reddy and senior officials were present.
Mr. Reddy specifically complimented A.K. Khan, Additional Commissioner (Traffic), for ensuring smooth flow of procession of Ganesh idols.
The State Cabinet adopted a resolution congratulating the police personnel.
