Bangalore: The Common Entrance Test Cell has announced that the engineering casual vacancy round for various reserved, rural, Kannada medium and all special categories will be completed on Saturday. The casual vacancy round seat selection for Architecture will be held on Sunday in five stages. Stage 1: The reserved category Architecture seats available in government colleges in Bangalore, will be offered for selection at 9 a.m. to eligible Aptitude Test rank holders belonging to reserved, rural and Kannada medium categories. Stage 2: General merit Architecture seats available in government college (UVCE) will be offered for selection at 11.15 a.m. to eligible Aptitude Test rank holders of general merit and all reserved categories. Stage 3: Reserved category Architecture seats available in private colleges will be offered for selection at 2 p.m. to eligible NATA rank holders who have appeared for NATA before commencement of Architecture admission round and who belong to various reserved, rural and Kannada medium categories. Stage 4: General Meir Architecture seats available in private colleges will be offered for selection to eligible NATA rank holders who have appeared for NATA and who belong to general merit and all reserved categories, at 4.15 p.m. Stage 5: Thereafter, the available unfilled Architecture seats, if any, will be offered for selection to eligible NATA rank holders who have submitted their score after publication of Architecture merit list.
