BANGALORE: The following special trains will be run between Guwahati and Yesvantpur in order to clear the extra rush during the coming puja festival: Train No. 0202 Guwahati-Yesvantpur weekly special will leave Guwahati at 6.30 a.m. on Saturdays and arrive in Yesvantpur at 12.10 p.m. on Mondays. The service will begin on September 16 and the last service will be on October 28. Train No. 0201 Yesvantpur-Guwahati weekly special will leave Yesvantpur at 11.55 p.m. on Mondays and reach Guwahati at 9.30 a.m. on Thursdays. The service will start on September 18 and the last service will be on October 30. The train from Guwahati will run via Kamakhya, Rangiya, Barpeta Road, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri, Krishnganj, Barsol, Malda Town, Howrah, Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Kurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Chennai Central, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarajapuram.
Trains to stop at Gooty
Train nos. 2627/2628 Bangalore-New Delhi-Bangalore Karnataka Express has been provided with a halt at Gooty station temporarily for six months from October 15. Train No. 2627 Bangalore-New Delhi Karnataka Express will arrive at Gooty at 11.57 p.m. and leave at 11.58 p.m. In the return direction, Train No. 2628 New Delhi-Bangalore Karnataka Express will arrive at Gooty at 7.09 a.m. and leave at 7.10 a.m.
