Air India Express expands network

Staff Correspondent

MUMBAI: Air India Express will add two more cities in India to its route network — Amritsar and Mangalore. Effective October 2, two weekly flights will commence between Amritsar and Dubai. With this, Air India Express has taken its first step to fulfil the requirement of the Punjab market for direct flights to the Gulf. These flights will be progressively stepped up in the near future. The airline will also commence a twice-weekly service on the Mangalore-Dubai route.
