Haryana warning for training institutes

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Industrial Training and Vocational Education Department on Saturday warned institutes which are not affiliated to the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) or National Council Vocational Training (NCVT) not to impart training to the inmates under the "Craftsmen Training Scheme".

According to an official spokesman here, these institutes had also been warned against using the title of "Industrial Training Centres'' or "Industrial Training Institutes."

They should also not claim false affiliation to SCVT or NCVT. "Strict action would be taken against the offenders."
