KOCHI: Continuing its sparkling run this season, Indian Overseas Bank defeated Central Excise, Kochi, 83-52 and won the Geojit Cup all-India basketball tournament at the Regional Sports Centre here on Saturday night. Central Excise is the current Federation Cup champion but this season, the Chennai-based bank which has internationals S. Robinson and Mihir Pandey in its ranks, is in fine nick. Sukavaneshwar was the bankmen's star today, scoring 28 points while Robinson was the other leading shooter (19).A strong second-half surge helped Central Railway (Mumbai) take the women's title, defeating South East Central Railway 65-63 in a close thriller. The results (finals): Men: IOB, Chennai 83 (Sukavaneshwar 28, S. Robinson 19) bt Cenral Excise, Kochi 52 (Joe Antony 32, Vivek 10). Women: Central Railway, Mumbai 65(S.C. Manisha 18, S.
