UDUPI: President of Udupi Zilla Panchayat B.N. Shankar Poojary said on Saturday that it was necessary to create awareness about consumer rights among students. He was speaking at the inauguration of a consumer awareness camp organised by the District Consumer Information Centre (DCIC), Udupi Consumers' Forum, and the V.B. College of Law, here. Mr. Poojary lauded the District Consumer Information Centre for creating awareness about consumer rights in the district.
