KSSP to organise meet

Special Correspondent

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Sastra Sahitya Parishad (KSSP) is organising a youth meet here to identify students interested in research projects in science and history and encourage them. The programme is targeted at higher secondary students.

As part of the programme, KSSP will arrange for a one-day visit by selected students to 13 research institutions in the capital. They will be exposed to the various research activities at these centres and interact with scientists.

The youth meet will be held at the Vyloppilli Samskriti Bhavan on September 27 as part of the State camp of KSSP. At the camp, students will get an opportunity to share their experiences among themselves as well as with experts in various fields.

Interested higher secondary students are directed to contact Dr. R.V.G. Menon, Parishad Bhavan, Kuthiravattam Road, Thiruvananthapuram-1 in person or at Ph: 2460256. Students will be admitted to the camp in two-member teams on furnishing a letter from the school Principal.
