NEW DELHI: Mr.Shailendra Singh and Col. H. S. Sodhi's Water Wave (Ramandeep astride) claimed the Hindustan Times Cup, the main event of the races held here on Tuesday (Sept. 12). V. S. Parmar trains the winner.
