A landmark goes

JUST SHORT of a century, Cash Pharmacy, a well-known city landmark, has been pulled down. Once the largest medical store dispensing all types of medicines and surgical items in the Cantonment area, a part of the building was torn down some years ago. Now with the family running the business since 1954 having lost a legal dispute, the building has to yield place for "development".
