Apollo to divest stake in Lanka Hospital

MUMBAI: Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board of directors of the company has decided to divest its entire equity stake of 33.22 per cent in The Lanka Hospital Corporation, Colombo, at SLR 28 per share by participating in the open offer made by Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Ltd. (SLIC).
