Satyam promoters corporatise holdings

HYDERABAD: The promoters of Satyam Computer Services on Thursday announced the `corporatisation' of their shareholding in the company. There was no change in effective holding of core promoters on account of the structuring, a press release said. Accordingly, the entire 8.5 per cent shareholding of B. Rama Raju, B. Ramalinga Raju, B. Nandini Raju and B. Radha Raju in their individual capacities has now been transferred to a holding company controlled by the quartet.
