Bronze for Indian men

Chennai: The India men's team won the bronze medal (second division) in the 21st World sepak takraw championship in Bangkok.

In the third division doubles event, the India `A' and `B' teams finished winner and runner-up respectively. In the women's second division doubles event, India `A' won the bronze.

R. Srikkanth, R. Premanathan and P. Yogesh Kumar were the players from Tamil Nadu in the Indian team.
