Rally and treasure hunt for cancer awareness

CHENNAI: The old students of Doveton Corrie School, Vepery, are organising a rally-cum-treasure hunt on Sunday, in association with Sahaayika - Aid, to create awareness of cancer and raise funds for children with cancer.

The rally-cum-treasure hunt will start from Ispahani Center, Nungambakkam, at 9 a.m., go behind Gandhi Statue on Kamarajar Salai and culminate at Gatsby Centre, Neelangarai. Participants must report by 8.30 a.m. at Ispahani Center. Registration should be done by 4 p.m. on Saturday.

The fee for participating in the rally is Rs.250 a car. The first prize is Rs.10,000, the second place carries Rs.7,000, and the third prize Rs.5,000.
