New Foreign Minister

It is heartening to hear that Dr. Singh is planning to induct a full-time Foreign Minister on his return to India. Today, international commerce has become a major component of foreign relations. Hence, a Minister who has a good exposure to and knowledge of commerce should be considered.

Murali Raghavan,
Cordova, Tennessee

D. Kishan Prasad Rao,
Secunderabad
