UWB board seeks clarification

MUMBAI: The board of United Western Bank (UWB) on Thursday decided to seek clarification from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on technical aspects of the scheme of amalgamation with IDBI, which includes taxation and accounting procedures. The board will meet again next week.
