Tata Tea to raise Rs. 420-460 cr.

MUMBAI: Tata Tea Ltd. (TTL) on Thursday said it would raise between Rs. 420 crore and Rs. 460 crore through a preferential issue of equity shares with attached warrants to its promoter company, Tata Sons, to part finance the cost of acquisition of stake in the U.S.-based company, Energy Brands Inc. (Glaceau).
