Tiger pugmarks?

Whether the Tigers have been helping the Maoists in the country has become a debatable point after the seizure of a huge quantity of rockets and rocket launchers in Mahabubnagar and Prakasam districts last week.

Though the police unequivocally maintain that the LTTE link has not been established so far, doubts persist. It was more than a decade ago that then Home Minister M.V. Mysoora Reddy announced in the Assembly that the police had information about former LTTE cadres training the erstwhile People's War activists. Are the fraternal relations still continuing is the big question now.

K. Srinivas Reddy
