Trouble with babies

Babies in the city seem to have a penchant to be in the news. They either go missing, are abducted or swapped even before seeing the world. If it was the Nayapul and Koti Maternity hospitals that were notorious for babies being stolen, abducted or swapped regularly, Niloufer Hospital too, with a similar incident in March last year joined the list.

Though stringent norms were announced after baby swapping/missing cases in Nayapul and Koti, the latest incident has revealed that the norms still remain on paper.
