Eight injured in accidents

Thiruvananthapuram: Four members of a family were injured when the bike on which they were travelling was hit by a KSRTC bus at Vattappara on Thursday.

The injured were identified as Anilkumar (39) of Pothencode, his wife, Binu (29) and their children, Pranav (10) and Praveena (8). The children are being treated at the SAT hospital and the adults at the Medical College hospital.

In another incident, four persons, including a child, were injured when a van in which they were travelling, overturned at Azhakulam near Vizhinjam on Thursday evening.
