KOLLAM: This year's preliminary round of the district-level Intel Teens Quiz Competition, for high school and college students, will be held on September 30 at 3 p.m. at the Bank Employees' Bhavan here. The competition is being organised by the Chithira Social Circle (CSC) attached to the State Bank of Travancore. All schools and colleges from the district can send a team consisting of two participants. Teams securing first and second place in the preliminary rounds would be sent for the zonal competition to be held in Thiruvananthapuram on November 4, a statement from the CSC said. Applications should reach CSC, State Bank of Travancore, Bishop Jerome Nagar, Kollam, by September 28.
