KARIMNAGAR: The Armed Reserve constable and SP's gunman, Narender, was arrested on the charges of harassing and misbehaving with girl students of the Government Women's Degree College in Karimnagar town on Friday night. Police sources said that the constable had been harassing students at the college posing as a CBI officer since the last several months. He was making frequent visits to the women's college and making comments against the girls. Unable to undergo mental torture, a girl student approached the police. The police waited in the college premises and pounced on the constable when he was harassing a girl student. The girl slapped the constable for harassing her. The police thrashed him severely for bringing disrepute to the department and sent him to the Two Town police station.
