Jalandhar: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday gave a clean chit to Local Bodies Minister Chaudhary Jagjit Singh in the alleged Ludhiana City Centre scam. The Chief Minister said, "The Minister has done no wrong in the case and I am not going to ask Mr Chaudhary to tender his resignation." He said a vigilance inquiry had already been ordered under the supervision of an IG level officer and the people should wait for the inquiry report. The Chief minister was in the village to address a public rally organised by the ruling Congress. UNI
