Rajinikanth releases book `meant to enthuse youth'

CHENNAI: Film star Rajinikanth donned a different role earlier this week.

He released a book, `Vetrikodi Kattu', written by MLA H. Vasanthakumar.

According to the author, the book is an account of his personal experiences, meant to enthuse youth and those "with the urge to come up in their respective fields... I want to tell people that youth or young age is not an inhibiting factor to achieving something significant."

Rajinikanth's wife Latha received the first copy. State and district-level functionaries of the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee Traders' Cell attended the function.
