Pleas on Kokapet auction dismissed

HYDERABAD: The High Court has dismissed two writ petitions that were filed against the Government for regularisation of encroachments at Kokapet in Ranga Reddy district, HUDA said. The petitions were filed after the land in Kokapet was auctioned on July 20 as part of the HUDA's Golden Mile project. However, the petitions were dismissed in favour of HUDA on Friday.
