Coimbatore: The 19th Youth Parliament Orientation Course will be held on September 18 and 19 at Kendriya Vidyalaya at Meena Estate here. P. Gopalakrishnan and Joseph Zacharias, the joint secretary and the under secretary respectively, of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, will attend the programme. Assistant Commissioner of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Chennai, Dr. E. Prabhakar, will also be present on the occasion.
