VPT holds trade meet

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) held a trade meet here on Saturday to present a perspective of its performance and future developmental plans. Rotterdam Maritime Group, Netherlands, consultants for preparation of business plan for the port, participated.

VPT Deputy Chairman M.S. Rao read a report on the port's performance and its future plans. Representatives from the Vizag Sea Ports Limited and Visakha Container Terminal Private Limited also made presentations.
