Plea against animal sacrifice

HYDERABAD: The Sahayog Organisation has requested public not to sacrifice animals on the occasion of Ayudha Pooja (Vijayadasami) and also to inform a special squad over telephone number 93940 05600 in case they came across anyone resorting to animal sacrifice.

The organisation has also represented the matter to the police and other departments requesting them to issue circulars to their departments to stop any sort of animal sacrifice.
