TIRUVANNAMALAI: Rural Development and Local Administration Minister M.K. Stalin has called upon students to contribute to the "Indianisation of the world" by taking advantage of the Information Technology revolution in India. Delivering the First Graduation Day Address at the Kamban Engineering College here on Tuesday, Mr. Stalin said while India was a non-entity in the world at the time of the industrial revolution, the country was now the fulcrum of the IT revolution sweeping across the world. "The time has now come for us to rule the world," he said. Though India's growth in the sector was remarkable, it was not sufficient, he added.
