Air Deccan campaign

Staff Reporter

Thiruvananthapuram: Air Deccan has launched a one-month-long campaign, "Destination No.1," to bring about renewed vigour and focus towards being the best and to get the passengers "to open their eyes to an all new airline."

The airline officials said attempt would be made to share the changes during the last four months with internal employees and passengers, who may not have noticed the change.

A rare offer

As part of the campaign, the airline has released three lakh tickets for just Rs.3 for travel in November, December 2006 and January 2007. A complimentary ticket will be provided for over three hours delays, except in cases where the delay is caused by fog.

In case flights are cancelled, the passengers will be put on another airline subject to availability.

The "Captain's offer" is from September 19 to November 30 this year.

The airline employees across the country will be sporting yellow "Destination No.1" T-shirts as part of the campaign.
