Young achiever award to be presented next month

THESE "YOUNG Achievers" have to be under 25 years of age but can be from a variety of fields ranging from fine arts and theatre to technology or enterprises.

Rotary Bangalore Mid-Town and the Brigade Group have come together to present the Young Achiever 2006 Award.

The winner gets a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh, a trophy and a citation to be presented at an awards ceremony on October 28.

There will be a jury short-listing the nomination, and those selected will be invited to an interview when they have to make a presentation on their achievements.
