Essay on R.R. Diwakar

OLD GANDHIANS are not always forgotten. Some like R.R. Diwakar are still remembered in this city. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will conduct an essay competition in his memory on October 14, for college students. The topic appropriately will be, "Human Needs, Rights and their Application". Students can send applications to the Bhavan along with proof of identity from their college before September 23. Three best essays will get cash prizes instituted under the endowment programme of Lok Shikshana Trust. The essays have to be written on the spot within a stipulated time.
