The National Executive of the Praja Socialist Party, at its meeting in Bombay on September 19, reiterated its policy, recently laid down at the Gaya conference, to have no alliance, entanglement or adjustment with the Congress, Communists or communalists. The National Executive, in a draft resolution, said that in "some exceptional and extraordinary cases" constituencies might have to be assigned by agreement between different Opposition parties. The arrangement would be worked out under the direction of the National Executive in appropriate cases and in a discriminating manner.
