This Day That Age
Heads of educational institutions have been authorised by the West Bengal Government to seize and destroy any cigarette, cigar or bidi found in the possession of any person under 16 years, they find smoking within the premises of educational institutions. Members of the Special Constabulary have also been authorised to take action in respect of smoking by any such person in any street or public place.
