Pondicherry
Special Correspondent
Puducherry: The Secretary of the Pondicherry State committee of the AIADMK A. Anbalagan has questioned the propriety of the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) continuing its support to the Rangasamy-led Government in Pondicherry even after PMK founder S. Ramadoss had strongly criticised the Chief Minister on the JIPMER autonomy issue. Addressing mediapersons here on Thursday, Mr. Anbalagan said prior to Lok Sabha polls, the PMK candidate had come out with a promise in the election manifesto that status quo in the administrative system of JIPMER would be maintained. Now a different stand had been taken by the PMK, he added.
