LG Balakrishna to divest stake in subsidiary

MUMBAI: LG Balakrishna and Bros., manufacturer of automotive and industrial chains under the brand name Rolon, will divest its stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, LGB Textiles, for Rs. 19.45 crore, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
