KURNOOL: A high-level meeting on Friday almost finalised the STBC Ground as the venue of Sonia Gandhi's meeting here on September 27. Commercial Taxes Minister Konathala Ramakrishna, who is in-charge of the district, met K. Jayasuryaprakash Reddy, MP, and Mayor S. Raghurami Reddy along with officials and inspected Kisan Ghat where the memorial of Kotla Viajayabhaskar Reddy was under construction.
Subject to clearance
The venue will be subject to the clearance of the Special Protection Group (SPG) team. The SPG officials are likely to visit the city on Saturday and Sunday and examine the ground.
