The team will have six office-bearers, besides a permanent secretary, a 27-member working committee and 11 secretaries.

The five general secretaries in the team are: P. A. Sangma, Tariq Anwar, T. P. Peethambaran Master, D. P. Tripathi and Akhtar Hasan Rizvi. Y. P. Trivedi will be the treasurer and S. R. Besides these office-bearers and Mr. Pawar, the working committee members include Central Ministers Praful Patel and Suryakanta Patil and Maharashtra Ministers Chhagan Bhujbal and R. R. Patil. Last Sunday, at the national convention of the NCP in Dehra Dun, Mr. Anwar proposed that the party authorise Mr. Pawar to nominate a new team.
