We have a responsibility to protect victims, especially, the youth, he stressed. Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Sunil Kumar complimented the author on his contribution to traffic management. Joint Commissioner of Police (Central) Sandeep Rai Rathore said the handbook would be useful for traffic personnel as it had a plenty of information on preventive aspects, steps to be taken in the event of an accident, et al. Lions district Governor Shanta Kumar said it was a Herculean task for the police to manage the ever-growing road traffic as vehicle population had increased manifold, while the roads remained the same.
