Praful Patel to head NCP discipline panel

NEW DELHI: A day after he reconstituted his team, Nationalist Congress Party president Sharad Pawar on Saturday announced the heads of various frontal organisations, departments and cells.

Minister of State for Civil Aviation Praful Patel will chair a five-member Central Discipline Committee. The Central Election Authority will be headed by general secretary T. P. Peethambaran Master.

Lok Sabha member Nivedita Mane will be president of the Nationalist Mahila Congress and Conrad K. Sangma, son of NCP general secretary P. A. Sangma, will be president of the Nationalist Youth Congress. Chaudhary Ved Pal and K.J. Josemon are presidents of the Nationalist Kisan Congress and the Nationalist Student Congress.
