KARAIKAL: Puducherry Lt. Governor Mukut Mithi on Monday inspected tsunami rehabilitation and other ongoing development projects being implemented in the Karaikal district in the Union Territory of Puducherry. The Lt. Governor inspected 500 permanent houses being built for the tsunami victims at Pattinacherry and the 500-acre site for the proposed growth centre of the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation (PIPDIC) at Polagam in Karaikal district.
