Biotech trade fair to be held in Bangalore

HYDERABAD : Analytica-Anacon-2006, a three-day international trade fair for the analytics and biotech industry, will be held in Bangalore from November 16. Around 120 exhibitors are expected to participate in the third edition of the fair, which would be conducted by IMAG (Internationaler Messe-und Ausstellungsdienst GmbH), the international arm of Munich Fairs, in association with the Indian Analytical Instruments' Association. Kurt Schraudy, Managing Director, IMAG, a subsidiary of Munich International Trade Fairs, told a press conference here on Tuesday that the fair would provide a platform for laboratories to buy pharmaceutical products, food, biotechnology, agricultural, environmental protection and metal processing products.
