ICSA's joint venture with Oil India Limited

HYDERABAD : ICSA (India), a Hyderabad-based embedded solutions and technology provider for the energy sector has entered into a strategic joint venture with Oil India Limited (OIL), a Government enterprise. The move is aimed at procuring, marketing and undertaking projects in engineering for pipeline Intelligent Cathodic Protection technology and related projects. As part of the deal, the two companies would incorporate a new company within 12 months.
