Hutch covers more towns in Kerala

KOCHI: Hutch, cellular service provider, which has completed six months of service in Kerala, is covering more towns now, says K Sankara Narayanana, Chief Operating Officer of Hutchinson Essar South Limited. Hutch's GPRS enabled network allows the subscriber to access emails and Internet while on the move, besides allowing to download the latest ringtones, videotones and wallpapers, he said. Since its launch in Kerala, it has more than doubled its coverage and capacity and provides seamless coverage on the state and national highways besides the rail route. It has over six lakh subscribers in Kerala.
