Puducherry: The Administration here is covering nearly 3 lakh families holding either red or yellow colour ration cards under the ten-kilo free rice scheme every month. The Government-sponsored Pondicherry Agro Products and Civil Supplies Corporation is implementing the scheme. All families, irrespective of incomes or category of economic status, are covered under this scheme.
