Settlement on reward scheme at VSP

VISAKHAPATNAM: A memorandum of settlement on annual performance reward scheme was reached on Tuesday between the management of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and Visakha Steel Employees Congress, the recognised union.

According to the settlement, all regular eligible employees of the plant who are on the rolls will be paid an amount of Rs.11,610 as ad hoc adjustable advance, under annual performance reward scheme.

It was also agreed to protect the ad hoc advance payment made during the previous year.
