7 million hit in West Bengal floods

KOLKATA: The death toll in floods, which ravaged large parts of West Bengal over the past few days, has risen to 59. More than seven million people have been affected. Finance Minister Asim Dasgupta said here on Wednesday that the situation in the 16 affected districts remained unchanged.
