Escorts sells entire stake in Carraro India

MUMBAI: Escorts on Wednesday said it had received Rs. 114.52 crore after divesting its entire stake in Carraro India Ltd. The company divested its entire shareholdings in the joint venture to the partner, Italy-based Carraro SpA.
