Sical Logistics to acquire Singapore co.

MUMBAI: The Chennai-based Sical Logistics on Wednesday said it would acquire 100 per cent shares of Singapore-based Bergen Offshore Logistics Pte Ltd. The acquisition is being funded to the tune of $16.9 million from the company's recent FCCB offering and the balance through a structured loan of $80 million from NIBC Bank, Singapore.
