Delhi Metro on Vastu track

NEW DELHI : With the Delhi Metro railway project expanding fast in the Capital, "vastu shastra'' practitioners have started relating it to people's life. Apart from providing an easy and comfortable mode of transport the project is also impacting the economic lot of the people, they claim.

A vastu practitioner has even drawn a correlation between the Metro Rail and the boom in realty prices in the National Capital Region.

According to him, the prices of residential complexes facing south and west of the Metro railway stations will go up considerably in the near future.

Noting that more and more investors are buying property around Metro stations as they are anticipating an unprecedented boom in properties around the area, Khushdeep Bansal has stated that in the case of commercial complexes realty prices of those coming up south of the Metro stations have doubled in the past one year while those located north, east or west of the Metro stations have not undergone much change; rather the prices here may go down due to their direction and the negative earth energy patterns around these areas.

From a Vastu perspective, it has been pointed out that in the case of residential complexes the ones south and west of the Metro stations will witness considerable appreciation in the near future while those north and east will not show this trend.

The "Vastu Shastri'' has also observed that Delhi is a vastu-compliant city and it is the "earth energy pattern'' here that makes the city grow. "The Metro Rail's presence has increased the flow of the positive earth energy in the city as all Metro stations have been positioned as per vastu.'' Claiming that positive energies have made the Delhi Metro a profit-making venture and one that is now exporting technology to other parts of the world, the Vastu exponent has advised that to bring about prosperity in the commercial and residential properties around the stations positive design elements should be constructed.
